Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order

Standard shipping is free on all orders shipped within the United States, with no minimum purchase.

Fast, same-day processing

Orders are packed and shipped from our location in Bohemia, New York. Most orders ship the same day, usually within 6 hours of being placed. Orders placed late in the evening ship the next day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send you an email with your tracking number. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us and we will send it to you.

Where we ship

Free standard shipping applies to all orders within the United States. We also ship internationally, including to Canada. Please contact us before ordering and we will confirm the shipping cost and delivery time for your country. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. If your order arrives damaged, please see our Refund and Exchange Policy.
